Every mile,
locked in.
Drive like you always do. MileLock records the miles, you swipe business or personal, and tax time takes one tap.
WHAT IT'S WORTH
The miles you drive are money you keep.
Every business mile you log takes 72.5¢ off your taxable income. Miss a drive and that money is gone.
Estimate for a self-employed driver in the 12% federal bracket, plus 15.3% self-employment tax, over 50 weeks. Your numbers will differ. Not tax advice.

Questions
Does it drain my battery?
GPS runs only while you're driving. When you park, MileLock switches it off and waits quietly for your next drive.
Do I have to open the app before I drive?
No. Once you allow location access “Always”, MileLock notices drives on its own, even when the app is closed.
Will the IRS accept the log?
The IRS asks for the date, miles, destination and business purpose of each trip, written down at or near the time. MileLock records all four for every drive, and the PDF lists them with your totals. Your tax pro has the final word.
What happens to my location data?
Your drives are stored on your iPhone. We never sell your data or show you ads. The privacy policy has the details.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. MileLock is iPhone only for now.
